Hakke's exosome products, including Exosome Revival Serum and Scalp Care, are cosmetic products intended for topical use as described on their respective product pages. Orders and payment

All orders are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete purchasing and contact information. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes vary by destination, particularly for international orders to clinic customers in the Gulf and Asian markets. Hakke is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carriers, or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Clinic and business customers

Customers purchasing on behalf of a clinic or business represent that they are authorized to do so and that the products will be used in accordance with applicable local regulations governing cosmetic or aesthetic products in their jurisdiction. It is the purchasing clinic's responsibility to ensure the product is appropriate for use in their market and complies with local import and cosmetic regulations.
